2009 Annual Corkball Championship Tournament

CHAMPIONSHIP CORKBALL TOURNAMENT

The South St. Louis Corkball League is holding its championship corkball tournament Saturday, August 1st at the Don Young Corkball Field in Jefferson Barracks Park.

This event has been going on for over 20 years and will feature teams from the area clubs. It is the true world series of corkball!

The entry fee for this double elimination tournament will be one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00).

The South St. Louis Corkball League playing rules will be used for this tournament.

Team and individual trophies will be awarded to the winners as Follows:

• First Place - Sponsor and 8 individual trophies
• Second Place - Sponsor and 8 individual trophies
• Third Place - Sponsor trophy


DEADLINE FOR ENTRY IS SATURDAY, JULY 25th. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Teams will be admitted on a first come first serve basis.

IMPORTANT: In response to complaints and to keep the tournament moving, we will be implementing a five run rule this year.

Yep I get to cook all day, and there will be jalapeno Maulls involved. Boots I'll bring the Stolles you bring the clam stuff.
